Stress management course
Stress is one of the issues mentioned every day in the news media and in many workplaces. Short-term stress is a state that allows you to respond and act appropriately in extreme situations. Long-term stress poses a threat to health. This is a burden for both the individual and the company's finances and other resources. It is extremely important in all workplaces to ensure conditions that create a motivating and effective workplace without long-term stress. This course helps to ensure that mangers and colleagues can identify potential stress signals and knows how to handle them.
COURSE CONTENT

- Definition of stress
- Stress as a psychological and physical phenomenon
- Symptoms and signals of stress - what they mean and when should you act
- The causes of stress
- To identify organisational stress signals
- Tools for managing your own and others' stress
ACTIVITY LEVEL
The attendees are expected to play an active part and the tools will be trained during the course.
